**JOB PURPOSE**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Objetivo del Puesto**
Gestionar, supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones aduaneras locales e internacionales para las operaciones de importación y exportación, minimizando riesgos fiscales y operativos, y optimizando los costos aduaneros a través de la correcta aplicación de tratados y certificaciones (OEA, C-TPAT, IMMEX, etc.).
**Responsabilidades Principales**
- Cumplimiento Normativo (Compliance): Garantizar el estricto cumplimiento de la Ley Aduanera, RGCE (Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior)
- Clasificación Arancelaria:



Determinar y validar la correcta fracción arancelaria de mercancías para importación y exportación.
- Revisión de Pedimentos: Validar la documentación de soporte (facturas, COVE, encargo conferido, certificados de origen) antes y después del despacho.
- Certificaciones de Seguridad: Gestionar y mantener certificaciones de seguridad como OEA (Operador Económico Autorizado) y C-TPAT.
- Resolución de Problemas: Actuar como enlace con autoridades (SAT, U.S. CBP) y resolver incidencias en aduanas (reconocimientos aduaneros, multas).
- Control de Inventarios: Supervisar el sistema de control de inventarios para asegurar la consistencia entre el flujo físico y documental.
**Perfil Requerido**
- Educación: Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Derecho Aduanero o afín.
- Experiência: 3 a 5+ años en áreas de cumplimiento aduanero, comercio exterior o logística, preferentemente en industria manufacturera (maquiladora).
**Conocimientos Técnicos**:
- Profundo conocimiento de la Legislación Aduanera Mexicana (LIGIE, Ley Aduanera).
- Manejo de sistemas de cumplimiento.
- Experiência en SAP u otro ERP.
- Idiomas: inglés intermedio-avanzado (escrito y hablado).
