**About the Role**
We are looking for a **PPAP/PCN Coordinator** to join our Molex Guadalajara Sur team.
This role focuses on **internal coordination**, ensuring customer requirements are accurately communicated within the organization and that all PPAP/PCN documentation is properly prepared for submission by integral/regional teams who handle direct customer interaction.
This position ensures that internal teams have the right information, at the right time, so customer-facing functions can succeed.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation internally to support global/regional PPAP teams.
- Coordinate PCN-related documentation by gathering inputs from Engineering, Quality, and other teams.
- Act as an **internal communication channel** for customer requirements across departments.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with customer and automotive quality standards.
- Collaborate internally to support change management and product development requirements.
- Drive improvements in documentation processes and standardization efforts.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.




- Experience in Quality or documentation-focused roles.
- Working knowledge of PPAP and PCN processes.
- **Advanced English skills (the whole process will be carried out in this language)**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with IATF ***** requirements.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
