Loading and posting payment details into SAPDaily Deposits Monitoring to apply customer payments as required.Bank interaction for daily Cash ApplicationCustomer Statement ReconciliationGL ́s Accounts ReconciliationsManual application of customer payment and remittance adviceAssist with preparation of daily and weekly AR reportingContinuous cross-functional collaboration (Customer, Collections Analyst, Local C2 C Team)Track end to end order Cash Application ProcessValidate all Payments are being applied correctlyIdentify reason for Unapplied Payments & business partneringInteraction with local teams for approvals of SAP GL EntriesAnalyzing and reviewing existing customer payment term change requestsEnterprise Risk Management – Manages the process by which risks are identified, assessed, prioritized, mitigated and reported.SOX ProcessInternal & External Audits, evidence & support.Recommend appropriate payment terms and securitization on high risk accounts (UCC Filings, Purchase Money Security Interest, Payment Bonds,



Financial Statement analysis, additional reserve, etc)Work with C2 C CBS and Local Team on resolving order related issuesWhat do you need to apply?
Bacherlor's Degree in Accounting, Business administration or administrative-economic related areas2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or AccountingPrior experience in a customer service environment – Cash Application ItemsBasic understanding of banking and payment transactions, financial statements and financial ratiosAbility to set priorities, organize workflow, meet daily demandsBasic knowledge of the of Order to Cash processStrong oral and written communication skills both in Spanish (Native/Advanced) and English (Bilingual/Advanced)Proficiency with ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc..)
