**Job Type**: Full TimeJob Category: IT**Test Analyst | KeyBank****Location: Mexico (CDMX / Guadalajara / Monterrey / Querétaro)****Job Type: Contract / Full-Time****Key Responsibilities****Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and test cases****Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT support testing****Execute test cases and document results clearly****Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / ALM / Azure DevOps****Work closely with developers and business teams for issue resolution****Prepare daily/weekly test status reports and test metrics****Support end-to-end testing across multiple systems and integrations****Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards**** Required Skills****Experience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst****Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)****Hands-on experience in Manual Testing****Experience in Defect Management and test documentation****Knowledge of testing tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps - any)****Good communication and coordination skills**- **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)****Banking/Financial domain experience****Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation****Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT - any)****Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams****Interview Details (Mexico Time)****Interview Date: 12th Feb **** (Thursday)****Timing: 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM****Note: Interview timings are post 11:00 AM and before 4:00 PM (Mexican Time).
