Learn more at : Staff Process Engineer (Fixed term 12 Months) in Juarez CityResponsibilitiesReviews and analyzes complex task statements, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and other documentation to determine engineering requirements.Direct preparation of milestone charts, manpower and material estimate inputs, and related material needed to define program schedules; prepares reports, proposals, and presentations.Ensure generation, release, and maintenance of documentation in accordance with requirements.Designs complex mechanical, electronic,



and electrical assemblies and systems using typical components.Provide technical expertise and assistance to assigned engineers, drafters, and technicians.Review proposed designs and test plans for conformance with task and contract requirements.Analyze test data for accuracy and consistency.Inspect, certify, and evaluate onsite operational systems; establish test plans and guide technicians in data collection for analysis.Determine appropriate test criteria and procedures; analyze data and implement improvements as needed.Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in independent evaluation and modification.Monitor activities and progress as assigned.Plan, coordinate, and lead engineering projects with high impact to the business, or manage a set of complex projects.As an individual contributor, perform complex tasks and develop new techniques or procedures; contribute to development of equipment, materials, processes, products, and methods.As a specialist staff, develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities.Evaluate viability and solidity of engineering tests for products and equipment when data is insufficient; serve as a technical consultant.Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.Oversee purchasing or design of equipment that meets company performance and HSE standards.Carry out performance, verification,



and feasibility revisions to initiate new processes.Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.Follow all company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.Qualifications / RequirementsUniversity/bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; any specialty.Masters in science or certification is recommended.Typically 6-8 years work experience; Six Sigma certified preferred.Experience in the medical device industry or medical field, preferably.Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and procedures.Knowledge of business practices and software applications; experience with medical device equipment preferred.Ability to enter data in spreadsheets and database applications.Strong communication skills with diverse clientele; ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public.Ability to follow policies and procedures and comply with civil rights requirements.Experience leading projects involving multiple workstreams using project management methodologies.Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.Experiment design; statistical analysis tools; management of statistical procedures.Knowledge of computer programs; oral and written communication in Spanish; knowledge of productive processes.Advanced English proficiency.Required SkillsAnalytical Reasoning, Coaching, Computerized Equipment Skills, Developing Others, Emerging Technologies, Gemba Kaizen, Inclusive Leadership, Leadership, Lean Supply Chain Management, Problem Solving, Process Control, Process Engineering, Process Optimization, Process Oriented, Product Improvements, Production Operations, Quality Control Testing, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Application, Situational Awareness, Technical Research
