**Retention Specialist**
**On site position - Full time**

Retention Specialists at RUI are responsible for retaining our core customer base.
You will work directly with our customers to determine how we can improve our products and services and how to retain their business.
Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
Our goal is to provide great customer service, and improve sales by creating lasting bonds with customers, and to do that, we need the very best people to join us.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)**
- Must be comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls to upgrade, offer promotions, and regain customers
- Deliver prepared sales pitch,



reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence customers to retain our products or services
- Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
- Retention, customer service and sales experience (call center)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills (professional demeanor); written & verbal
- English level: intermediate to advanced
- Proficient in multi-tasking
- Ability to build rapport with customers, empathy and patience.
