**Job Summary**:
Manages Shop Floor Scheduling activities in the Production Area.
It includes the management of visual systems to communicate / monitor the sequence of production orders, ensuring the availability of resources (tooling, raw material, etc.), create and maintain the optimal production sequence.
**Responsibilities**:
Monitor monthly and yearly S&OP; (Sales and Operations) for the designed customers.
- Maximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates.
- Track manufacturing performance / daily performance against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard.
- Monitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler.
- Sequence work orders according to high MPS demand requirements for specific products and production lines, understanding all the physical and personnel limitations of these lines.
- Create and implement integrated systems and tools for carrying out production processes,



such as inventory control, cost analysis; logistics, material flow, and production coordination.
**Job Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor in Engineering or Administration.
- **English**: Fluent.
- **Experience**:
- At least 3 year experience in similar position.
- Understand ERP / MRP environment with productive and nonproductive parts.
- Strong skills in shortages and impact analysis.
- Monitoring inventory levels (Obsolete, high runners, tendencies).
- Material transactions, level loading, BOM.
- Excel level Medium/High for quick decision making, reports and front-end pages for production users.
Power BI and Power Query (desirable).
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, Leader & soft skills for team management, self-motivated, problems solving, teamwork, sense of urgency, results oriented, continuous improvement, capable of working independently.
- **Requirement**: Schedule flexibility, availability to travel.
Visa and Passport (desirable).
