Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer (Medical devices) located in Tijuana.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Evaluate, select, and qualify suppliers in alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
- Conduct ISO *****:**** audits and ensure supplier compliance, particularly in the medical device or electronics industry.
- Implement and monitor process controls, CAPA's activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to validate processes, resolve non-conformances, and support risk assessments.
- Interpret technical drawings, including GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supplier development and performance tracking.
- Performs supplier Quality System audits.
- Experience in medical devices industry (desirable).
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in supplier quality, with a focus on the medical device or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO *****:**** standards and audit practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills in problem-solving techniques and CAPA methodologies.
