**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Salesforce Tech lead, Developers, data analysts and integration developers providing guidance on design patterns, architectural best practices, and development methodologies.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging REST and SOAP APIs for seamless data flow.
- Define the system architecture landscape, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Implement best practices for platform security, including authentication, data sharing, and encryption protocols.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, trends, and features, recommending and implementing relevant updates to enhance system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Change Management, to ensure smooth deployments and optimal performance.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- ** Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud (B2B or B2C) is a must.

- ** Fluent in English is a must**:
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing architectural integrity in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of scalable, performance-driven solutions,
and design patterns for large data volumes.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques, including experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration tools.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, governance, and management practices within the Salesforce environment.
- Familiarity with implementing authentication & authorization (SSO) with external systems as service provider or identity provider.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation tools.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges proactively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and team mentorship.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce products.
- Experience building Experience cloud sites with LWR/LWC, Coveo.
Utilizing Data Cloud or similar platforms for data analytics and management.
- Knowledge of SFDC environment management, release management, and version control methodologies.
- Activities related to keeping the ecosystem up to date with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends.
