Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an _Industrial Engineer Jr._ located in Flex, Juarez Campus._
- Reporting to the Industrial Engineer, the _Industrial Engineer Jr._ role involves responsibilities for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently._
- What a typical day looks like:_
- _ Provides process time estimation to the quote team based on manufacturing simulations._
- _ AutoCad 2D design of operations, stations, cabins, etc._
- _ During NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement._
- _ Reviews result during prototyping and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team._
- _ Work measurement programs and examines work samples to develop standards for labor utilization._
- _ Examines staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment._
- _ Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties,



reorganizing work flow, relocation work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment._
- _ Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations._
- _ Designs or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as defining the most efficient plant locations._
- _ Manages and supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas like Lean, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _BA/BS degree._
- _Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment._
- _Intermediate English level._
- _Experience using the following tools:_
- _ May require various enclosure/ PCBA operations._
- _ Strong knowledge on Autocad._
- _ Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures._
- _ Interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals._
