**Role Definition**
Lead and support six sigma projects for the fulfillment of critical business factors.
**What it will do**:
- Development and management of 6 sigma project portfolio (OIA / Evolution / Competitiveness)
- Lead six sigma projects to achieve strategic plant objectives
- Support with lean methodology and tools to 6 sigma project leaders
**Educational Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
- English.
Intermediate
**Problem Solving**:
- Advanced practical knowledge to identify the problem, working with the multidisciplinary team to find the root cause using Lean tools.
**Process improvement**:
- Management of process mappings, identifying current state of opportunities in the different processes and working with DMAIC.
**Project management**:
- Ability to plan,



organize, monitor and control assigned projects.
- Knowledge of the different stages within the project and the deliverables needed in each of them.
**Six Sigma Methodology**:
- Extensive knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies: DMAIC/DMEDI and assurance of the use of concepts in the development of each project
**Interpersonal Relationships**:
- Management and coordination of work teams, ensuring that all members work effectively.
- Certificacion Black belt
