**Job Description**:
**What you will do**:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and define requirements for Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support the implementation of CPQ solutions, including integration with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ tools and processes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze CPQ system performance and user feedback for ongoing enhancements.
**How you will do it**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment on CPQ objectives.




- Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies and quotation processes.
- Document business processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for CPQ initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in CPQ implementation.
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Oracle CPQ systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience in configuring pricing models.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in SQL and Excel preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing changes and challenges.
- Experience with CPQ tools and ERP systems is highly desirable.
