**Position Objective**Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the preparation of reports and financial statements in accordance with established accounting procedures and internal controls.The role supports the finance function with reliable transaction processing and compliance with internal and external requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records of financial transactions in accordance with approved accounting standards.
- Review, verify, and record transaction details in accounting journals and financial systems.
- Prepare accounting vouchers based on the company's chart of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of trial balances and basic financial and operational reports.
- Support compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to internal controls, documentation standards, and audit-related activities.
- Provide functional support for recurring operational processes requiring a strong understanding of compensation-related accounting and statutory considerations.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements within financial operations.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
- Prior hands-on experience in payroll-related activities or environments is required.
- **English**: Advanced level (written and verbal), capable of working in professional and business contexts.Skills & Knowledge- Exposure to payroll-related accounting entries and general compliance concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
- Ability to follow established procedures while also contributing to process improvements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
