**General Summary**:

As a member of Qualcomm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team, this role will be responsible for program management and oversight of Qualcomm's DEI efforts, including conferences, external partnerships and contributing to the DEI ecosystem within the company.
The role will also contribute to other departmental programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maximizing current DEI industry partnerships to optimize our return on our investment and identifying new investment opportunities.
- Leading the planning and project management of Qualcomm's attendance at the annual Grace Hopper Celebration of women in computing
- Contributing to the DEI ecosystem, in particular the DEI Advisory council and Women's Leadership Council,
to build momentum towards Qualcomm's annual and 3-year DEI priorities.
- Planning a DEI Annual Review Overview & Advocacy Panel each year to provide Employee Network members insight into Qualcomm's performance review process.
- Managing the process of recognizing Employee Network board members in the Americas by sharing their impact with their managers during the Annual Review period.
- Overseeing Qualcomm's submissions for DEI-related Industry Awards, surveys and certifications
- Building strong relationships with engineering and business leaders throughout the company, our HR organization, and employees in order to develop a deep understanding of the organization's workforce and opportunities to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into various aspects of the employee life cycle.
Tasks may include:
- Project and event management
- Working with different stakeholders throughout the company to engage them in DEI initiatives
- Maintaining system to track, communicate and maximize external partnerships
- Managing cadence of touchpoints with partner organizations to plan engagement opportunities throughout the year
- Preparing DEI overview presentations for various stakeholders
- Accurate and timely tracking and execution of DEI-related surveys and award submissions
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree and **5+ years** of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and** 7+ years **of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and **9+ years** of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
This position will be located in Mexico City, Mexico and is not eligible to work fully remote.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Track record of project management that requires attention to detail and organization.
- Experience giving presentations to all levels of personnel.
- Demonstrates strong initiative to get work done with limited guidance or act upon guidance given.
- 5 years of work experience in the diversity and inclusion space
- Experience working in a large organization.
- Willingness to work adaptable hours as needed, including occasional travel based on business need.
