This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational performance.
The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to management on human resource-related issues.What Your Impact Will Be:Partner with department managers to align HR strategies with business goalsConduct and prepare organization talent planning sessions (9-Box and Succession Planning)Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and participate in interviewsMediate and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and discretionCreate initiatives to improve employee engagement and retentionConduct regular meetings with business units to assess HR needs and build trustEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesQualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field3-4 years of experience in HR roles,
