We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team to support the TA team in attracting the right talent for Klar while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Our Talent Acquisition team works in a high‐speed environment and closely with leadership teams.We value creative approaches, continuous improvement, and data‐driven decision making.This is a full‐time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, requiring presence in the office 2–3 times per week.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with hiring managers, assisting them in their hiring needs.Actively source, interview, and select exceptional talent.Manage full‐cycle recruitment processes for business teams.Support recruitment processes for our teams.Schedule interviews for the TA team and interviewers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or a related field.Minimum 2+ years of full‐cycle recruitment experience, ideally in‐house for B2B/Commercial roles (mandatory).
Ability to manage a high volume of applications in a fast‐paced environment.Excellent communication skills and proactively seek solutions.Highly organized and detail oriented.Passionate about people,
