We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner who can also act as an Agile Coach to lead the Mexico Multi-Cloud team.The idóneo candidate should possess strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product ownership, stakeholder management, and team coaching.This role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams to drive product vision, maximize business value, and foster Agile best practices across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the product backlog for the Multi-Cloud platform and prioritize features based on business needs.Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans in alignment with business objectives.Work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to gather and refine requirements.Act as an Agile Coach by mentoring teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives,



and backlog grooming sessions.Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.Track key Agile metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.Support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across the Mexico team.Must-Have Skills:Strong experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams.Expertise in backlog management, user stories, and product prioritization.Experience working with cloud technologies and Multi-Cloud environments.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.Preferred Skills:Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach certifications.Experience managing geographically distributed teams.Knowledge of DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives.
