Maintenance Manager
Location: Cd.
Júarez Chihuahua
Your tasks:
Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and ensure UPTIME is effectively controlled.
Manage the EAM system.
Follow up on corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives for machinery, buildings, and facilities.
Manage the annual maintenance budget.
Control the purchasing and consumption of spare parts, consumables, and indirect materials.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance team activities.
Maintain and update internal documentation.
Follow up on contractor quotations and projects.
Coordinate the receipt, installation, and release of new tools and equipment.
Verify and maintain updated facility layouts.
Understand and apply company policies and procedures.
Required skills and knowledge:
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation.




RCM (Reliability‐Centered Maintenance) analysis.
Predictive maintenance techniques.
Time and project management.
Lean manufacturing.
Knowledge of IATF ***** standard.
EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems management.
Knowledge of machinery maintenance, maintenance planning, SMED, TPM, 5S, Poka‐Yoke, plant layout, ergonomics, continuous improvement, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
