- In charge of inventory control in Warehouse.
- Leadership of warehouse supervisors in charge.
- Generation of new processes for warehouse logistics.
- Movements of materials between external warehouses.
- Application of CAR tools, 8D's, Pareto diagrams, etc.- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Monitors volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule.
- Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.




- Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment.
- Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture.
- Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.
- Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory and reconciling records.
- Generation of metrics for correct execution of methods and processes.
- Control of transport routes.
- Control of use and maintenance of forklifts.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor ́s Degree in Administration or related.
- Experience in warehouse and logistics management in the Automotive industry- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
(Green or Black belt Preferred)- Intermediate-Advanced English- MS Office (Excel, PP)- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP, Baan or similar).
- Knowledge of inventory management and control, Kanban system, pull system, kiting, full reel and cut, drip delivery.
- Basic knowledge of Cycle Counts.
- Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
