integrations, authentication, data flows, and platform configuration.Produce clear technical documentation covering configurations, integration steps, testing outcomes, and implementation decisions.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience inService Nowdelivery, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles.Hands-on experience with Service Now, preferably acrossITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Incident, Request, or related workflows.Demonstrated experience delivering system integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Service Now, Jira Service Management, Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Share Point, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.Experience with enterprise Saa S platforms, IT infrastructure, authentication, and integration concepts.Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such asPython, Java Script, Java, Power Shell, or Bash.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Engagement TermsIndependent Contractor engagement.Services are non-exclusive.Contractor is responsible for taxes, benefits, and statutory obligations in Mexico.This role is not subject to company performance management or personnel policies.
