We are currently seeking a Soporte Técnico Bilingüe to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
Record, update, and escalated support issues to the next level promptly.
Support all IT onboarding activities for end-users.
Work with our internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
Engage in discovering new IT business tools to support our business users and our internal IT team.
Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.
Will learning and growing in other IT business areas.
Work 24/7 rotational shifts, with week offs, and mandatory work from office.
Qualifications Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Great team player.
Excellent communication skills,



comfortable working with various stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding, and resolution.
Ability to work independently within a diverse integral team.
IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge and skills (Windows 10, mac OS, i OS, Android, Google Suite, Microsoft Environment).
