Responsibilities Know and apply the IPro M procedure, including the Lean Process Design Methodology (for big automation projects) Perform functional analysis of equipment Analyse operating and stopping modes of equipment Apply standards in the area of expertise Design electrical and pneumatic plans of equipment Support the ramp‐up of new equipment to ensure successful deployment Create specifications in the area of expertise Manage subcontractors Monitor performance (QCDM) of equipment to identify opportunities for progress and implement actions (TRP, breakdown & micro‐stoppages rates) Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment in the perimeter (reliability, cost, performance) Work on cycle‐time reduction to solve bottlenecks, bring savings and optimize investments,



improving HMACPI of the entity Identify and implement automation projects Support production & maintenance departments to improve MTTR through analysis and problem solving Ensure fast & cost‐optimised connection of machines' PLC to the MES, with error‐code management Transfer knowledge to production and maintenance personnel for improved first‐level reactivity Participate in APU QRQC according to site organization & needs Develop obsolescence plans (identification & solution of issues) Prepare breakdown risk mitigation plans (identification & implementation) Maintain contact with suppliers for improvement and support Perform benchmarking and market analysis to stay aware of latest evolutions, trends and integrate them into mid‐term actions Ensure compliance with Safety & Environment directives, including LOTO Act permanently to reduce accident risks Improve 5 S (including machine documentation) and react to issues #J-*****-Ljbffr
