Launch and Project ManagerAs Project Launch Manager, you are responsible for leading Project Management on the IAS Site in Saltillo, ensuring smooth new product and process launches until hand over to series production.You develop and follow up the master timing- and action plan for new launch activities, coordinate with general and local functions, and ensure key milestones are achieved.You work in line with company objectives and have an understanding of automotive new launches, including Quality, Production, and Supply Chain deliverables.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and follow the master timing and action plan for new launches assigned to SaltilloLead on-site New Launch project teams with cross-functional representatives (MS, Quality, Supply Chain, Production)Act as the interface between the local Saltillo team and Engineering and Industrialization teams in Warren (US) and Brunico (Italy)Interface with Aptiv (Centec) functions and local suppliers when requiredWork with customer interfaces, including Supplier Development EngineersPrepare and lead customer visits and audits during new launches (e.G., Customer Potential Analysis, Run Rate exercises)Follow the Project Management Manual (Projekt Struktur Plan - PSP) and manage project reviews, progress tracking, and escalationsMonitor and own key KPIs for new launches (milestones, Run Rate, PPAP)Ensure completeness of documentation and deliverables for Project Gate Reviews and escalate as neededCollaborate across functions (Project Management, Manufacturing Systems,
