Tim Louis & Company is a progressive, very busy, paperless virtual law firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
We offer excellent compensation including benefits. Our work environment is fast-paced. You will have a heavy workload. You must be a quick learner. We are looking for a bright, energetic virtual assistant who speaks and writes English fluently.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including answering a busy phone, talking with clients, preparing correspondence, completing forms, opening new client files. You do not need experience in a law firm. Training provided including training on how to use several different types of software.
You must have access to high speed internet and a quiet work environment. You must have excellent keyboarding skills. The hours of work are 9am to 4:30pm Vancouver time (Pacific Standard Time) with a half hour unpaid break.
**Salary**: $135.00 - $270.00 per hour
