**Major Responsibilities/Job Description**:
- Responsible for working closely with the tech team and business sponsors to understand business requirements and drive the delivery of quality solutions.
- Posses an in-depth understanding of the business function/processes supported and work with business partners for improvements.
- Responsible for defining epics, features and user stories based on requirements from business users.
- Assist tech manager/lead in determining scope and impact of enhancements request, estimating effort, developing detailed project plan with timeline.
- Manage cut over tasks, track delivery of timelines and communicate status with appropriate cadence.
- Demonstrate a "Get it Done" attitude and drive initiatives to closure with proactive stakeholder interaction and follow-ups and escalating as needed.




- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times and consistently interact professionally and productively with all levels of employees.
**Required Experience**:
- At least 3 years of experience working with design/development teams through full development life cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SOAP, RESTful APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML.
- Experience working in agile/scrum methodology of project delivery.
- Familiarity with no-code, low-code platforms is preferable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
