Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD;) Leader Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and management of the HPT system in different sites, driving the organization to an environment of self-directed work teams to improve performance. Support L&OD; efforts.
Responsibility:
Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv
- Ensure a standard implementation of the HPTs and all its elements, aligned to our VOS.
- Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv
- Hold weekly meetings with local HPT implementers to provide guidance and coaching.
- Report the progress of the HPT implementation
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review the progress and the deviations of the deployment
- Promote change in organizational culture/mindset and behavior across departments and within the plant




- Give the corresponding training of "Leading VOS"
- Support in the different initiatives of the department
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related
- At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment with HPTs
- Proficient English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed to influence personnel at all levels of the plant
- Project Management and team management experience (preferred)
- Certification in coaching (preferred)
