- As a Project Manager, 1 to 3 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project timelines, and define deliverables
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion
- Identifies, documents, and manages project risks assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implements approved actions and workarounds
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities
- Manage data integration processes,



including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals
- Continuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution
- Perform project financial management - Develops overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, vigente, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures
