Clinical Associate - Mexico City - Remote

What you will be doing
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of essential study documentation, including study binders, regulatory documents, and site communication materials
- Coordinating study-related activities, such as investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and monitoring visits
- Facilitating communication between study sites, sponsors, and internal project teams
- Tracking and managing study supplies, including investigational products and study materials
- Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance trial efficiency and quality
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical company
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
