Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Supervisor’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Oversee the receiving and storage of merchandise.
- Knowledge of min/max “safety stock.”
- Ensures that delivered orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintains appropriate stock levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Oversee the shipping, receiving and distribution of merchandise.
- Ensures that delivered orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Performs quality control checks on all received products prior to storing or distributing merchandise.




- Maintains appropriate stock levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Ensures that the warehouse is maintained in an efficient, orderly, and safe manner.
- BAAN System Manage and “Atlas system” is also a plus.
- Experience in inventory management discrepancy detection and correction.
- Experience with personnel management.
- KPIs management
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge and use of Excel (Intermediate)
- Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Warehouse.
- Experience working in Workday & Kronos system management.
