We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Services Associate II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful execution of clinical trials, interpreting intricate medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement comprehensive strategies for clinical trial management.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex medical data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or clinical research industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,



with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems is advantageous.
