The **Logistics Dispatche**r plays a crucial role in coordinating the timely and efficient movement of goods, vehicles, and personnel to ensure smooth operations within the logistics department.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Desirable experience as a Logistics Dispatcher or previous experience in customer service or call center
- Familiarity with CRM
- Advanced English level
- Feel comfortable doing multiple phone calls
**Job activities**:




- Getting rates for a specific freight movement
- Develop efficient and cost-effective transportation routes for drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Work to resolve problems such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Organizing client's paperwork/contracts, negotiation.
- Build strong relationships and do the correct follow-up with key clients.
