- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Operations Manager _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the _VP, Operations_, _Operations Manager_ role involves_ _responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Focused on improving PLN results._
- _ Maximizing Labor Efficiency._
- _ Working with Engineering for overall process improvement._
- _ Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels._
- _ Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI._
- _ Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints._
- _ Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence._
- _ Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices._
- _ Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to._
- _ Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews._
- _ Coach and mentor Operations team._
- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._

- _ Demonstrates proficient knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business._

- _ Must have a good knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills._
- _ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents._
- _ Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints._
- _ Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or styles._
- _ Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors._
- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations._
- _ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions._
- _ Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables._
