We are seeking a dedicated **Functional Tester** who is passionate about quality assurance and possesses a decent understanding of technical environments, preferably in IT services.
This role requires someone who is an effective communicator, analytically inclined, and capable of providing accurate quality assessments and reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Combine QA knowledge with some technical experience
- Communicate effectively to guide team members as needed
- Use analytical skills for QA reporting to aid in quality assessments
- Contribute ideas to boost team performance
- Gain understanding of challenges in different departments
- Be flexible to take on new tasks as business needs evolve
- Manage own tasks and lead by example within the team
- Deliver clear and effective communication
- Prepare reports on processes and KPIs as required
- Adapt quickly to changes in support team and product configurations
- Have experience in handling technical tasks in IT services or environments
- Emphasize on meeting business and customer needs
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2+ years of experience in QA practices combined with baseline technical knowledge
- Ability to analyze QA data and generate quality reports accurately
- Creative problem-solving skills to enhance team performance
- Adaptability to take on various tasks as needed by changing business dynamics
- Proficient in reporting on KPIs and processes when needed
- Quick adaptability to changes in team support structures and product updates




- Experience in managing or supporting technical environments, preferably in IT services
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on delivering business value
- Capability to learn, apply, and train others in ITIL/ITSM processes
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
