**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage patient payment processes for clinical trials with proven efficiency.
- Develop and implement secure, reliable payment systems to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement payment solutions that adhere to regulatory standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot payment systems to determine and resolve issues promptly.




- Offer outstanding support to trial patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with integrity.
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track payment transactions and ensure compliance.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in payment processing systems and financial software.
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and collaborators.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ambitious, proactive, and able to compete in a fast-paced environment.
