Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiter Manager with extensive experience in attracting, selecting and hiring technology profiles. This role is key to leading our recruiting team, ensuring the quality of processes and building innovative strategies to attract IT talent in a competitive market.
**Responsibilities**:
Design and execute recruitment strategies for key technology positions, from junior technical roles to strategic leaders.
Lead, supervise and mentor a team of specialized recruiters.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviews, evaluation and negotiation of offers.
Collaborate with technology leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and business priorities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent sources such as universities, IT communities and specialized platforms.
Implement advanced tools and technologies to optimize recruitment processes.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion policies in hiring processes.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Psychology, Administration, Engineering or related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in recruiting technology profiles, including senior and leadership positions.
Ability to lead simultaneous teams and projects in a dynamic environment.
Solid knowledge of technologies, programming languages, tools and IT market trends.
Mastery of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and specialized databases.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship management skills.
Strategic and results-oriented approach.
Advanced level of English (desirable for international roles).
