Medical company is looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor**.
**General Function**:
Responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, equipment, and parts, in warehouse including but not limited to the following duties.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Send and receive materials.
- Monitoring the expiration date of materials, warning before expiration and scrapping after expiration.
- Register all records of warehouse.
- Responsible for periodical warehouse counting, ensure the compliance between account and goods.
- Arrange the return for the raw materials which has physical inventory, when necessary.
- Daily update of the chemical account according to the chemical requisitioning.
- Survey the environment of semi-finished products warehouse, maintaining good environment during the non-working hours.




- Inventory physical counting and reconciliation process with accounting record.
- Warehouse space planning.
- Order process and finished product inventory.
- Order packaging info and documents.
- Raw material and finished products in-and-out of warehouse.
- Inventory report, receiving/shipping documents, distribution cost.
- Supplier delivery, material return, raw material receiving notice.
- Cross training of warehouse staff.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
- 1 years of supervisory experience.
- Advanced english.
**To work from Monday to Friday in Parque Industrial "El Pacífico".**
