Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers for appointment settling and providing general information about the services.
- Updating and capturing information in the CRM system.
- Provide a great experience to the customer through professional interaction.
- Conducting soft sales while explaining the benefits of our services.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST (30 minute lunch).
- _This position requires employees to work 1 Saturday every other month (the day off, is replaced with another day of the week)._
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C2).
- Customer service and call handling experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in sales (preferred).
What we offer:




- Base salary of $15,000 MXN - $18,000 a month (before taxes), depending on experience + commissions.
- Food Vouchers $1,000 MXN a month.
- Home office bonus of $800 MXN a month.
- Sales commissions up to $400 USD a month.
