**This position reports to**:
Production Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role you will assure the right implementation of standardization of processes for tool room activities. Analyze and manage information for design strategy for tool room daily. Activities and medium-term projects for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Analyze and manage of information to determine top offenders and failure modes on tooling.
- Prepare information on daily basis to be analyzed and help with strategy for improvement.
- Maintain preventive maintenance software and make triggers for preventive maintenance.




- Follow up with tool makers to close preventive maintenance activities in Pmpro.
- Implementation for strategy on 5S´s and Safety initiatives for tool room area.

- Location: Ramos Arizpe, Coah. MX (work on site)
- Currently enrolled
- Advanced English
- Previous Experience as Intern desired or developing an academic project in the industry.
- Knowledge of Machine tools is desirable. Knowledge of 3D design software such as CATIA, Solidworks or CAD CAM is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel: Macros, Pivot tables and pivot charts, formulas).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and ability to communicate. Must be self-organized, and be able to define tasks, establish priorities, and implement according to plan.
