We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Customer Success Data Analyst**
**POSITION OPEN TO MEXICO CITY, MONTERREY AND GUADALAJARA**
- Responsabilities:_
- Gather requirements design configure and deploy features to the existing implementation.
- Support Customer Success Managers on using the tool
- Design develop and support data warehouses dashboards data pipelines and reporting tools for operational and business impact data Design and enforce access control for all the data.
- Develop visualization based on user needs on Google dashboards or Looker.
- Experience in working with integral and cross functional internal and external teams
- Tops Skills:_
- 5+ years of hands-on working experience
- Strong experience working with Data Analysis providing reports, dashboards and related tasks.
- Functional knowledge with CRM tools such as Totango, Salesforce or related.




- **Excellent English language proficiency**
