**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize campaigns using **MailChimp** and **HubSpot** for maximum performance.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English** (both written and verbal).
- Must be available to work during **Eastern Standard Time (EST)** hours.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with automation tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
**Salary range**:
Hourly: 8USD - 10USD
