Support processes and systems that drive the Shop Floor Planning (Final Pack, Pre pack and Processing) execution activities.
- Update Daily Metrics and KPI’s using power apps.
- Calculate Weekly volume variations to get a vision of performance
- Support with different reports to SF Planning team to detect and analyze deviations.
- Create Delivery waste PO’s and be the main contact with warehouse in this process.
- Reschedule Processing plan
- Review feasibility report
- Create Schedule Adherence Weekly report
- Support with global rereads to update master data for current week
- Detect and realign order with complex element to increase operation efficiency
- Design, update and support Power BI reports of the team.
- Be involved in the action tracker for deviations with different stakeholders
