**What you will do**
- Oversee the management of domains, DNS, and name server configurations (Namecheap, Cloudflare);
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, including GCP CloudSQL, WordPress, and OpenEMR VMs;
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, including access controls, virtual networks, and secure file sharing;
- Manage productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, and Mailchimp, ensuring seamless integration and user support;
- Lead the integration of disparate systems into a unified and efficient ecosystem, supporting migrations as needed;
- Design and enforce security policies across platforms, ensuring compliance and resilience;
- Provide strategic oversight for system performance, scalability, and reliability;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical requirements and operational challenges.
**Must haves**
- **5+ years of experience** in **IT systems administration**, **cloud management**, and **security**;
- Proficiency in platforms like **GCP**, **Cloudflare**, **Google Workspace**, and **Microsoft 365**;
- Strong understanding of **cybersecurity protocols** and best practices;
- Proven experience in **system integration** and **workflow optimization**;




- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zoho Desk, Tovuti, Stripe, and Doxy.me;
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
**Nice to haves**
- Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Microsoft Azure);
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and telehealth systems.
