Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
As a Business Intelligence & Category Management Analyst you will play a key role for developing and executing strategies for the specific category of products or services in order to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the division of Consumer Business Group LATAM based on Mexico. In this role you will be able to create new strategies in Consumer Business Group categories and implement innovations for the market.
The impact you will make in this role- Market analysis: understanding market and consumer trends and reactions. Focus on Retail customers and channels.- Strategy development: growth in volume and profitability of the categories in which we are present.- Relationship with internal and external customers: portfolio improvements and strategies.- Performance analysis and innovation: searching for new service, product, and practice options that help make analysis and proposals with customers more efficient.- Development of schematics for all CBG categories to replicate with customers
Your Skills and Expertise- Bachelor's Degree: Administration, International Business, Marketing, or similar. Engineering:



Industrial- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in: Category management, purchasing, sales, CPFR, Marketing.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Ability to propose and execute specific strategies by customer and category.- Negotiation and communication with internal and external customers.- Management and processing of information, databases (Excel / Access).- Strategic knowledge and analytical thinking of market information, market studies (U&A;), Nielsen, Kantar.- Flexibility to travel 1 time per quarter.
