Customer Success is composed of several organizations that manage the customer’s journey at NASDAQ, all of which are aligned to this common goal: providing the best customer experience via world-class service for our growing customer base.
- Work together with the team to design, implement, and manage systems that deliver against requirements for functionality, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for critical production issues and drive escalation/resolution of problems into Support and Engineering teams. Adopt, customize, and implement industry-standard in Handling Databases in Cloud Infrastructure
- Work hands-on with the Database systems, install and configure it, and test that it meets the customer’s technical and business requirements.




- Support and interact with clients to manage Production Environments and ensure availability of the Database infrastructure. Triage and analyze issues, including performance and connectivity issues
- Create and document processes and standards.
- Participate in DR tests to maintain high levels of readiness to ensure business continuity.
- BS and/or MS in Computer Science or related field
- At least 10+ years in a SaaS environment for a managed infrastructure or cloud-based solution
- Good knowledge of public cloud architecture (OCI, AWS)
- Must have experience on Experience with Oracle RAC 19c and Multitenant database environments. Good interpersonal and communications skills, with an ability to communicate in non-technical terms to non-technical people
- Experience with RMAN backup and restore and Handling Oracle tools.
