**Objective of the Position**: The Industrial Design Intern will be responsible for collaborating on the redesign and aesthetic improvement of the plant, contributing to creating a more attractive and functional work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the plant redesign process, focusing on the aesthetics and functionality of the space.
- Collaborate with the team on internal communication initiatives to ensure that improvements are well understood and accepted.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by proposing innovative and creative ideas.
**Requirements**:
- Students in industrial design or related fields, with 1-2 years remaining until graduation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills in advanced English, both oral and written.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
