- Serve as the primary expert in industrial canteens, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
- Oversee and manage personnel transportation services within manufacturing plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the delivery of uniforms to manufacturing personnel, maintaining a seamless and reliable process.
- Lead and manage the suppliers, providing guidance, support, and direction to optimize performance and productivity.




- Utilize high negotiation skills to handle various business and labor-related matters effectively.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with labor unions, handling interactions in a professional and constructive manner.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey key information effectively.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports to communicate critical insights and drive informed decision-making.
