**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Purchasing Manager** to oversee and manage the full procurement function at our Mexico production base. This role is critical to establishing a robust and efficient materials supply system aligned with the company's global standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development, evaluation, and management of suppliers for required materials.
- Oversee the procurement cycle including price inquiries, order placement, and delivery follow-up.
- Build and implement the materials supply system tailored to local operations.




- Develop and maintain procurement and operational management processes.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing practices while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers is a plus.
**Benefits**:
- Monthly salary of $25,000 - $35,000 MXN
