**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business needs
- Oversee the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems
- Provide technical expertise in Workday configurations and customizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Workday solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday deployments
- Train and mentor junior team members on Workday technologies and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Financial Management and HCM
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new Workday functionalities
- Ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology processes and methodologies
**Qualifications**:
- Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management
- Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM




- Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges
- Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives
- Must have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements
