**We're Hiring: Employer Branding Associate (Mexico City, MX)**
Do you have a passion for storytelling, branding, and making organizations shine as employers of choice? We’re looking for a **creative, data-driven, and proactive Employer Branding Associate** to help us amplify our presence in the talent market and attract the best minds in tech and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to craft and communicate an authentic Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Strategically manage internal and external branding initiatives to keep employee engagement high and promote leadership visibility.
- Launch and lead dynamic campaigns across social media, print, and digital to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR, engineering, and leadership teams to boost culture, D&I;, CSR, and other high-impact initiatives.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **1-3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, advertising, or related fields**.
- Proven success in designing and executing compelling employer **branding strategies**.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, including CXOs.




- Comfortable using data to back up your ideas and track campaign performance.
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Creative, resourceful, organized, and constantly curious about trends in branding, recruitment, and engagement.
- Proficiency managing social media platforms **(LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor, YouTube, etc.)**and external partnerships.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
**Location**: Mexico City, Mexico (hybrid)
