Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Bachelor's Degree (required)- 1-2 Years prior experience as a full-life cycle Recruiter in a staffing or sales/consulting environment (required)-
- Previous experience recruiting for technical roles (required)- Fluent in English (required)- Previous experience with Workday or other SaaS recruiting (preferred)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,



both written and oral- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
- Collaborate with Partners and Managers to create job descriptions for open positions- Manage assigned jobs and run with all applicants- Maintain hiring timeline to ensure hiring requirements are met- Assist HR with the onboarding of all new hires- Collaborate with team of 6 on process improvements with the recruitment process
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
